1. General provisions

Soliq AI (https://soliq.ai) is an AI-powered advisory platform for tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This agreement defines the rules for using the platform. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Service description

The platform provides the following services:

• AI advice on tax legislation
• Tax calculators, including turnover tax, VAT, property tax and others
• Tax calendar and deadline reminders
• AI-powered document analysis
• Document templates and examples

3. Limits of AI advice

Important: AI answers are informational and must not be used as a substitute for official legal advice. The user and their accountant remain ultimately responsible for tax declarations and official documents.

The platform does not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI answers and is not liable for damages arising from their use.

4. User responsibilities

• Enter accurate information
• Keep account credentials, including passwords, confidential
• Use the platform for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights of other users

5. Payment and subscription

The platform has free and paid plans. Paid services are accepted through payment systems operating in Uzbekistan, including Click and Payme, once the relevant integration is launched. Single requests through the coin system may also be available.

If a subscription is set up with automatic renewal, it can be cancelled at any time in the app settings.

6. Account deletion

The user may delete their account at any time. After deletion, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except payment documents that must be retained by law.

7. Changes

The platform reserves the right to change these terms. You will be notified of material changes by email.
