Payment security and measures against fraudulent transactions

Payments on Soliq AI are accepted through payment organisations and banks licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Below are the measures actually used to limit and control the risk of fraudulent transactions.

1. Card details are never stored here

Payment takes place on the payment system’s own page. The card number, expiry date and CVV never reach our servers and are not stored in any form. Card verification, including the one-time SMS code and 3-D Secure, is performed entirely by the bank.

2. Who can make a payment

A payment is never anonymous — every transaction is tied to a specific account:

• a payment can only be started from a registered user’s account;
• email confirmation is mandatory — an unconfirmed account cannot start a payment;
• every payment is recorded against that account and is visible to the user in their payment history.

3. Control over the order and the amount

The amount and terms of a payment cannot be altered by the customer. These restrictions are enforced on the server:

• the amount is read on the server from the selected plan or package; an amount arriving in the customer’s request is not accepted;
• every order is single-use: a cancelled or already paid order cannot be paid again;
• only one transaction may be open against an order at a time;
• an unpaid order has a limited lifetime and is cancelled once it expires.

4. Protection against repeated and forged requests

Every request from the payment system is verified:

• authenticity is confirmed by a signature derived from a secret key; a request whose signature does not match is refused;
• even if a payment confirmation arrives more than once, the account is credited only once — double crediting is technically impossible;
• request frequency is limited.

5. When a payment is cancelled

If a payment is cancelled after being performed, or the money is returned to the customer, the service units granted are automatically reclaimed from the account. The date and reason for the cancellation are retained.

6. When a suspicious transaction is found

Every payment operation is recorded with its state, time and outcome. Where signs of fraud are found, the transaction is examined together with the payment system and the bank, and payments on the account are suspended if necessary.
