What is the YaTT rate for 2026?
Answer
Sole traders pay 1% of turnover. From 1 June 2026 the threshold is 12,000 BHM (UZS 5.28 bn); above it you move to the general regime (VAT + profit tax).
Risk
If you don’t watch for the income threshold being crossed, you may overpay tax or face a penalty.

No tax vocabulary required. "Do I pay VAT as a sole trader", "how much tax on an 8m salary" — plain language is fine. Uzbek, Russian and English are supported.
Soliq AI does not invent the answer: it finds the relevant article in the Tax Code and the related resolutions and grounds the answer in it. The version in force is checked separately, so an answer never rests on a repealed rule.
Under the answer you see which article it relies on, and the link opens the original on lex.uz. An answer you cannot check is not worth much.
