- 1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer occurs through any of the following actions: registration on soliq.ai; payment for a plan or a coin package; use of the Service’s features.
- 1.3. An accepted Offer is equivalent to an agreement concluded in written form and has equal legal force for the Parties.
- 1.4. An individual, sole proprietor or legal entity using the Service is referred to below as the «User».
- 1.5. The Offer is permanently available free of charge at soliq.ai/offer.

3. Description of the Service
3.1. The Service provides the User with the following:
- AI advice on the tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (tax types, rates, exemptions, deadlines);
- tax calculators — turnover tax, VAT, profit tax, property and land tax and others;
- a tax calendar and reminders about reporting deadlines;
- AI-assisted document analysis and document templates;
- answers with references to the official source — lex.uz documents;
- the ability to ask a question and receive an answer by voice.
- 3.2. The current full list of features and prices is published at soliq.ai/tariflar.
- 3.3. The Service is not a government body, an official partner or a representative of the tax authorities and does not act on their behalf. The answers it provides are informational and advisory in nature.
- 3.4. The subject of the agreement is the granting to the User of the right to use the Service on a subscription or coin basis (provision of an online service). The Provider does not develop bespoke software, does not sell copies of software products or exclusive rights, and does not sell goods.
- 3.5. The Provider may add new features without increasing the price of a plan.
4. Registration and account
- 4.1. Using the Service requires registration and confirmation of an email address. An unconfirmed account cannot initiate a payment.
- 4.2. The User must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
- 4.3. The User keeps account credentials (password, access code) confidential and does not disclose them to third parties.
- 4.4. Login sessions are issued for a limited period and end automatically after inactivity. Every request verifies that the requested data belongs to that account.
5. Plans and coins
5.1. Current packages:
- Free plan — starter coins on registration, basic AI chat and calculators;
- Starter — 50 coins, UZS 15,000;
- Standard — 200 coins, UZS 50,000;
- Large — 500 coins, UZS 100,000;
- Business — 1,500 coins, UZS 250,000;
- Enterprise — 5,000 coins, UZS 700,000.
- 5.2. Coins are spent on AI features. The coin price of each operation is shown in the interface: an AI chat question costs 1 to 4 coins depending on the mode, document analysis 3 coins, a voice question and answer 1 coin. Calculators and the tax calendar are free.
- 5.3. Unused coins do not expire and carry over to the next period.
- 5.4. The Provider may change package prices. A new price applies only from the next payment; the price of an already paid package does not change.
6. Payment procedure
- 6.1. Payment is made online through payment systems licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan: Click and Payme. Accepted cards: UZCARD and HUMO.
- 6.2. Payment flow: the User selects a plan or coin package in the personal cabinet → presses «Pay» → is redirected to the payment system’s secure payment page → enters card details on that page and confirms the payment.
- 6.3. After a successful payment, coins or the plan are credited to the personal cabinet automatically and immediately. No manual confirmation is required.
- 6.4. All prices are stated in Uzbek sum. The Provider is not a VAT payer; the VAT rate is 0%. The Service’s MXIK (IKPU) code is 10305001001000000.
- 6.5. A fiscal receipt is generated through the payment system and provided to the User electronically. Payment confirmation is sent to the User’s email address.
- 6.6. A subscription plan is activated for 30 calendar days from the date of payment. Coin packages do not expire.
- 6.7. When a plan expires, access to paid sections stops. Data is retained for the period stated in section 11.
7. Payment security and anti-fraud measures
- 7.1. Card details never reach the Service. The card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code are entered solely on the payment system’s secure page. The Provider does not see, receive, transmit or store this data.
- 7.2. The payment operator works in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standard. Data is transmitted encrypted over TLS.
- 7.3. Every payment operation is confirmed by a one-time SMS code (OTP) sent by the card-issuing bank and by 3-D Secure. Without a correct code the operation is not executed.
7.4. Fraud risk control lies with the payment system and the acquiring bank. Since the Provider does not receive card data (clause 7.1), technical verification, restriction and suspension of an operation fall within the competence of the payment system and the acquiring bank. The Provider accepts the restrictions set out in the internet acquiring agreement and uses the bank’s anti-fraud facilities, including:
- every operation is confirmed by a one-time code from the card-issuing bank (clause 7.3);
- card and operation limits, as well as suspension or rejection of a suspicious operation, are applied by the payment system and the acquiring bank under the rules they set;
- an operation rejected by the acquiring bank or the payment system is not executed on the Provider’s side: the plan and coins are credited only after the payment is confirmed;
- a request from the acquiring bank to verify or cancel an operation is executed unconditionally.
7.5. Controls on the Provider’s side. The Provider undertakes:
- to keep a log of every payment order and transaction — date, amount, status, transaction number and account are stored; the log is provided at the bank’s request;
- to block an account and suspend operations where signs of fraud or abuse of the Service are detected;
- to review a report of a suspicious operation within 24 hours and, where necessary, to contact the acquiring bank and refund the funds.
7.6. Technical control of the order, the amount and incoming requests:
- the payment amount is derived server-side from the selected plan or package; an amount supplied in a client request is not accepted;
- each order is single-use: a cancelled or already paid order cannot be paid again;
- only one operation may be open for one order at a time; an unpaid order has a limited validity period;
- the authenticity of every request from the payment system is verified by a signature based on a secret key; a request with a mismatched signature is rejected;
- if a payment confirmation arrives more than once, coins are credited only once; request frequency is limited.
- 7.7. Account security and the User’s obligations. A payment cannot be anonymous: an operation starts only from a registered account with a confirmed email address, is attributed to that account and appears in its payment history. The User must use only a payment card lawfully belonging to them, must not disclose login credentials to third parties, and must report any suspicious operation immediately.
- 7.8. Reporting a suspicious operation. If you believe a payment was made in your name without your consent, contact support@soliq.ai immediately. The report is reviewed within 24 hours; where necessary the operation is cancelled and the funds are returned.
Payment security measures are also set out on a separate page: Payment security and anti-fraud measures
8. Refund procedure
- 8.1. The Service is a digital (electronic) service and begins to be provided immediately after payment.
8.2. Funds are refunded in full in the following cases:
- a payment was made twice due to a technical error;
- the payment went through but coins or the plan were not credited to the cabinet;
- the payment was made by a third party without the User’s consent (clause 7.8);
- after payment no paid feature was used at all and the request was received within 24 hours.
8.5. How to apply:
- Step 1. Send a request to support@soliq.ai.
- Step 2. State in the request: the date and amount of the payment, the payment system’s transaction number or receipt, the account (email address or phone number) and the reason for the refund.
- Step 3. The request is reviewed within 3 (three) business days and answered in writing.
- Step 4. If the decision is positive, the funds are returned to the same card the payment was made from. Refunds to another card or in cash are not made.
- 8.3. Partial refund. For a coin package, the value of unused coins is refunded. For a subscription: if during the paid period the Service was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than 3 (three) consecutive days, the User may request a refund proportional to those days or an extension of the plan by that number of days.
- 8.4. No refund is made if coins have already been spent on AI features; if the plan period has been partly used and the Service worked normally; or if the User was blocked for breaching section 12 of the Offer.
- 8.6. The refund period is up to 10 (ten) business days from the positive decision. The exact term depends on the internal rules of the card-issuing bank.
- 8.7. No commission is charged for a refund.
- 8.8. When a payment is cancelled or refunded, the credited coins are automatically debited from the account. The date and reason for the cancellation are retained.
9. Data security
- 9.1. The site and all requests are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS channel.
- 9.2. Passwords are not stored in plain form. Login sessions are issued with a random cryptographic token and have a limited lifetime.
- 9.3. Every request verifies data ownership: one User cannot see another User’s data.
- 9.4. Data backups are created regularly.
- 9.5. If a security incident is detected, the User is notified.
10. Confidentiality and third-party services
10.1. The Provider processes the User’s data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and does not sell it to third parties. The Service relies on the following third-party services:
- Click and Payme — accepting payments;
- OpenAI, Google and Anthropic — producing AI answers. When an AI feature is used, the question text entered by the User is transmitted to those providers’ servers for processing;
- lex.uz — the source of official texts of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- an email service — confirmations and notifications.
- 10.2. By accepting the Offer, the User consents to the transfer of data within these limits.
- 10.3. Conversation history and uploaded documents are visible only in the User’s own personal cabinet.
- 10.4. Personal data processing is described in detail in the Privacy Policy at soliq.ai/privacy.
11. Data retention
- 11.1. While the account is active, conversation history, documents and settings are retained.
- 11.2. When an account is deleted or the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the data is destroyed no later than the business day following the day the request is received; from the daily backups — within 2 days.
- 11.3. The User may at any time request that their data be clarified, corrected or deleted. Corrections are made within 3 days; deletion no later than the business day following the day the request is received.
- 11.4. Payment documents are retained for the period established by law.
12. Usage restrictions
- 12.1. Selling, renting out or transferring the right of access to the Service to third parties is prohibited.
- 12.2. Reverse engineering the Service’s software, creating excessive load by automated means and attempting to bypass protection mechanisms are prohibited.
- 12.3. Using the Service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
- 12.4. In case of a breach of this section, the Provider may block the account without warning; in that case the amounts paid are not refunded.
13. Limitation of liability
- 13.1. The Service is provided «as is».
- 13.2. Answers provided by AI are informational and advisory and do not replace an official legal or audit opinion. Responsibility for tax reporting and official documents remains with the User and their accountant.
- 13.3. The Provider is not liable for damage caused by failures of third-party services (payment system, AI provider, lex.uz, telecom operator), force majeure or other factors beyond its control.
- 13.4. The Provider’s liability in any case does not exceed the amount paid for the last 1 (one) month.
- 13.5. The Provider aims to give advance notice of planned maintenance.
14. Dispute resolution
- 14.1. The Parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. A written claim is reviewed within 15 business days.
- 14.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the competent court under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- 14.3. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this Offer.
15. Changes to the terms
